After production wraps our post-production team ingests all of the media that was shot into our editing software. We have a call with our clients to review the editing plan and build our post-production detail book.

V1 is usually sent within 7 - 14 days of ending production. This version is a rough draft and leads the way for our clients to provide us with notes for revisions.

V2 is usually sent within 5 - 7 days of receiving client notes. This version is ideally 90% complete. V2 allows clients a final opportunity to provide notes for revisions.

Once we receive client notes from V2 we apply them to our final version. During this stage picture is locked and any finishing work such as color correction and sound mix are applied.

*While two rounds of client review are industry standard we understand there may be a few final tweaks before it’s ready to be shared. So we make sure you’re completely satisfied with the final version before finishing the job.

Once the content has been approved we send the finished videos in a downloadable format via dropbox.

A hard drive with raw footage is sent upon request.
