Stephen Holm is a director/DP with extensive experience in documentary-style storytelling in energy, agriculture, infrastructure, and other hardworking industries. His work is grounded in real environments and authentic people, with a particular strength in quickly building trust with non-actors and crews in the field.

Stephen has an instinct for finding common ground, putting people at ease, and creating the kind of rapport that allows genuine moments to happen naturally—even when stepping into an active job site and asking people to pause, repeat, or adapt the work they do every day. That approach has shaped projects for John Deere, Firestone, Argo and others, including recent work documenting large-scale energy infrastructure for MasTec.
